Tiny Life (Voices for Tiny Lives)
Multi award-winning songwriter and producer Eliot Kennedy has released a single ‘Tiny Life’ for the Tiny Lives Trust, the North East charity supporting sick and premature babies and their families at Newcastle’s RVI.
Eliot Kennedy, who has written songs for artists including Take That, Bryan Adams, Spice Girls, Boyzone and Celine Dion, was inspired to write the song after learning about the charity through the ‘Take That Back to Where It All Began’ concert and campaign, organised by passionate Take That supporter Victoria Hastings, to raise funds for Tiny Lives, which took place in front of a packed-out crowd at the Newcastle City Hall on 2 November 2017.
Eliot said of his inspiration, ‘The song ‘Tiny Life’ was written after many chats with Victoria, and sensing her passion as a parent, the unconditional love she feels for her kids, like we all do, the common connection we as humans share when we are finally aware just how incredible a miracle life is, when we are gifted with a child. It doesn’t always go easy though, and that’s what The Tiny Lives Trust is all about. So for them I wrote this song’.
