Great North Run 2026 – what a day! 💛

What an incredible day cheering on and celebrating our amazing #TeamTinyLives runners at this year’s Great North Run.

From start to finish, the day was filled with determination, emotion, and plenty of smiles. It was wonderful to meet new supporters, catch up with familiar faces, and come together to celebrate everyone taking on this fantastic challenge for Tiny Lives.

A huge thank you to our incredible runners and volunteers. Completing 13.1 miles is an outstanding achievement, and we are so grateful for the time, energy, and dedication you’ve given to support neonatal families across the North East. Every mile, every donation, and every word of encouragement helps make a difference.

We’re also incredibly grateful to MTrec Recruitment for sponsoring our running tops for the 13th consecutive year, and to Mila Rosina’s Café at Cobalt for providing refreshments and a warm welcome for our runners after they crossed the finish line.
