Personalised Santa Letters Are Back for 2026
Santa has been busy preparing something very special for Christmas 2026!
With the elves hard at work in the North Pole workshop and the reindeer getting ready for their annual Christmas Eve journey, Santa has once again found time in his busy schedule to write to children across the North East and beyond.
Tiny Lives is delighted to announce that our much-loved Personalised Santa Letters are back for another year, bringing a little festive magic to children while helping support premature and sick babies and their families.

Each letter is individually personalised using the information you provide, making every letter unique and special. Whether your child has a connection to the neonatal unit or simply loves the magic of Christmas, a letter from Santa is sure to bring excitement and wonder in the lead up to the big day.
From the North Pole seal to Santa’s personal message, every detail is designed to create a memorable experience that your child will treasure.
Supporting Neonatal Families This Christmas
By ordering a personalised Santa Letter, you’ll not only be creating a magical moment for your child, but you’ll also be helping Tiny Lives continue supporting families with babies receiving neonatal care across the North East and North Cumbria.
We ask for a donation of your choice, with suggested donations of £5 or £10 per letter, including postage. Every donation helps us provide vital support to families during some of the most challenging times of their lives.
Letters will begin arriving from the week commencing 1 December 2026, bringing festive joy to homes just in time for Christmas.
