Water Confidence
Our water confidence sessions are held at Paddlepod Shiremoor and delivered by Nemo Swimming. The small group classes are taught by friendly instructors, who teach in the water alongside you. The lessons are packed full of songs, games and fun activities, all of which are tailored to your child’s developmental milestones.
This is a 6 week course, open to babies who are 12 weeks corrected – 24 months corrected. We recommend that you attend all sessions in order to get the most out of them for you and your baby.
Please note if you have multiples, it is 1 adult to 1 baby in the water.
Important Information About Your Class
You must remember to bring a disposable swim nappy AND a ‘happy nappy’ (which is sealed around the top and legs so nothing escapes into the pool – PaddlePod do have Happy Nappies available to purchase at the venue), costumes, towels, changes of clothes and anything else you feel you may need.
