THE TINY LIVES TEAM IS GROWING

As our charity grows and we realise our ambitions to support more families and their premature and sick new born babies, we need amazing people to join our small but mighty team.

We are currently recruiting for two office-based roles here at Tiny Lives, and we are excited to hear from people who would like to use their knowledge and expertise to make a difference to families during the most difficult of times.

There are currently two exciting opportunities to join our team:

Fundraiser (Corporate Partnerships and Trusts)

As a Tiny Lives Fundraiser, you will focus on securing and managing support from corporate partners and applying to trusts and foundations. You will play a crucial role as part of our fundraising team, collaborating with colleagues in all forms of fundraising and supporter stewardship.

You will have previous experience in a fundraising or donor/account management role with strong networking and relationship skills. As you will also be responsible for the trust’s fundraising, you will need to have excellent analytical and written skills.

 Finance and Operations Officer

As Finance and Operations Officer, your role will be at the heart of Tiny Lives operations, ensuring smooth financial processing and reporting, and contributing directly to the efficient running of the charity’s daily activities.

You will have previous experience in a finance or accounting team and be experienced using financial software. You will pride yourself on your strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to work collaboratively across the charity team and there you will also need to be a proactive self-starter.
