Exclusive Emotional Wellbeing Toolkit

From speaking with parents who have experienced life on the RVI Neonatal Unit, we know that it can have a profound impact on mental health, even long after your baby is home.

To help with this, we have been working closely with Nicky Robertson at The Wellbeing Hub, who has developed an online Emotional Wellbeing Kit, exclusively to support Ward 35 parents. The kit features a series of informative and friendly videos to help parents develop the skills to help handle stress and anxiety, at a time that suits them.

This kit was funded by Tiny Lives and so access is free-of-charge for Ward 35 parents.

The videos are up to 20 mins and cover areas such as:

  • Breathing techniques to aid stress and axiety
  • Mindfulness Practice
  • Tackling Negative thinking

The video above offers more details about the Toolkit. If you would like access, please e-mail info@tinylives.org.uk and we will send you the login details.
