2019 Charity Ball breaks fundraising record!

It’s been a few weeks since our Born to be Wild Charity Ball and it is safe to say that the night was a roaring success! We are pleased to announce that the Ball raised an incredible £72,000!

This is the most we have ever raised at a Charity Ball and we could not have done it without our wonderful community of supporters who attended the Ball and gave so generously on the night, as well as those who gave their time, skills or prizes for the raffle and auction. A notable mention must go to Yealands Wine, who kindly donated 18 bottles of wine for the Flag Fiesta!

The event was a complete sell-out, attended by over 300 guests. Special thanks go to dedicated Tiny Lives supporter and local businessman Rob Armstrong, who worked hard to help sell tables and who managed to club together an incredible donation of £24,000 on the night from a group of his friends!

Local taxi firm LA Taxis kindly acted as Headline Sponsor for the evening, with Associate Sponsorship coming from Pinpoint Recruitment.  Special thanks also go to the Wilkinson Family, who donated an auction prize in the form of a signed shirt from England Rugby legend, Jonny Wilkinson – patron of the Tiny Lives Trust.

The incredible amount raised will go such a long way to helping vulnerable babies and their families on the Neonatal Unit. As always, we are so grateful to everyone involved for their wonderful support.
