Smiles all round at another wonderful Great North Run!

We were in awe of all of our incredible 2019 Great North Runners!

This year, over 140 wonderful supporters took on the gruelling 13.1 mile Half-Marathon from Newcastle City Centre to the beautiful coastal surroundings of South Shields. They were then welcomed into the Tiny Lives charity tent, where their hard work was rewarded with plentiful refreshments and a sports massage to ease their tired legs!

A huge thank you also to MTrec for kindly sponsoring our running vests once again, we are so grateful for this wonderful support!

The Tiny Lives team were delighted to meet all of the runners and hear the inspiring reasons that they chose to run for the charity. Every stride and every blister represents funds raised for Tiny Lives, which will make a huge difference to babies and their families on the RVI Neonatal Unit!
