Projects Officer

The Tiny Lives Trust is recruiting a 12-month, part time Projects Officer.  The role is to work with parents, health professionals, and external organisations to develop and support the delivery of a range of services funded by Tiny Lives that are designed to support the families of premature and sick babies on the Special Care Baby Unit and post discharge.

Interested individuals should provide their CV and a comprehensive covering letter that shows how your skills and experience match the job specification.  We are particularly interested in your achievements in previous positions that link to the Projects Officer four key areas of work:

  • working with families and health services
  • project development and delivery
  • project management
  • external relationships and liaison

It would also be helpful to highlight how your previous project development roles/work involved skills listed in the ‘Main Duties & Key Responsibilities’ in the Projects Officer job profile.

We will also be looking for clear evidence and examples of how your previous work brings relevant skills to this new position eg examples of previous development work on health and well-being related services, contract management, impact evaluation of pilot services.

As a charity with a small team we are passionate about our work supporting families at one of the most critical times of their lives so we are also very interested to know why you particularly want to work for Tiny Lives.

Please email your covering letter and a CV to carol@tinylives.org.uk by Friday 22 January.
