Clugston Construction Visit Ward 35

It was lovely to meet Steve and Peter from Clugston Construction on 26 February 2014 at the Special Care Baby Unit. 

Steve and Peter were shown around the Special Care Baby Unit after colleagues at Clugston Construction raised the amazing amount of £3000 for unit, they got to see first-hand how much their donation will make a change to the babies and their families.  They were shown what their donation will help Tiny Lives provide for the unit which include, developmental care aids, sound monitors in each bay, black out incubator covers and much more.

The team at Clugston Construction chose Tiny Lives to be their charity of the year in 2013 and had taken on various challenges to raise the wonderful donation.  The challenges were a sponsored swim, cycle rides, Yorkshire three peaks challenge along with cake bakes and collection tubs on site.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible whether you took part in a challenge, sponsored someone who took part in a challenge or made a donation, you have all done a fantastic job 🙂
