Sponsors wanted for Charity Ball 2018

We’re delighted to announce the first details for our 2018 Charity Ball! This year’s event will be held on Saturday 20 October 2018 at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, and is ‘Mad Hatter’ themed.

We’re currently working hard to make this event even better than last year, and are looking for business who may wish to act as sponsors. We have space for a Headline Sponsor, as well as several Associate Sponsors. A sponsorship package is a great opportunity to entertain clients, reward staff or relax with good friends whilst enjoying an evening of great food and fantastic entertainment, and of course, it is a great way to support a local charity!

The Headline Sponsor will have their company logo included on all event branding and signage in the build-up to and on the day of the actual event, as well as:

  • Their Company logo and advert on Tiny Lives website
  • Complimentary room for two on the night of the event
  • A table for up to 10 guests on the night, including a superb 4 course meal
  • Complimentary wine & beers
  • Prime location in room for Headline Sponsors table
  • Full page advert in the Charity Ball Event Brochure
  • Company logo to appear on footer across each page on the Tiny Lives website
  • Headline Sponsors branding on all posters and table plan
  • Company advert and logo will be displayed on the screens throughout the night
  • Opportunity to network with corporate guests
  • Headline Sponsor recognition throughout the event from the Compère
  • Promotional area on the night for banners, displays and corporate literature

Package Cost: £5,000 (+VAT)

The Associate Sponsors will benefit from:

  • Their Company logo and advert on Tiny Lives website
  • Complimentary room for two on the night of the event
  • A table for up to 10 guests on the night, including a superb 4 course meal
  • Complimentary wine & beers
  • Prime location in room for Associate Sponsors table
  • Half page advert in the Charity Ball Event Brochure
  • Company logo to appear on footer across each page on the Tiny Lives website
  • Company advert and logo will be displayed on the screens throughout the night
  • Opportunity to network with corporate guests
  • Sponsor recognition throughout the event from the Compère
  • Promotional area on the night for banners, displays and corporate literature

Package Cost: £2,500 (+VAT)
